Welcome to KKWEBMART DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ("KKWEBMART", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the website kkwebmart.com and delivering custom software, mobile apps, artificial intelligence automation, enterprise SaaS, WhatsApp/Meta APIs, SMS gateways, and cloud architecture.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of our website, prospective clients submitting project inquiries, active enterprise partners, and end-users of software platforms developed and deployed by us. By accessing our website, inquiring about services, or contracting our engineering team, you acknowledge and agree to the data collection and governance practices outlined herein.

We gather only the minimum amount of data required to scope, engineer, bill, and support your digital solutions:

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

• Contact Particulars: Full name, corporate email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, and company name when filling out inquiry forms or scheduling discovery sessions.
• Project Specifications: Business requirements, feature backlogs, user journeys, API keys (provided securely for sandbox integration), and technical documentation shared during discovery and sprints.
• Billing & Invoicing Details: Company GSTIN/Tax ID, registered corporate billing address, invoice contact person, and transaction identifiers for milestone disbursements.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data

• Device & Network Identifiers: IP address, device type, browser model, operating system, and screen resolution to optimize site rendering and defend against bot traffic.
• Navigational Metrics: Pages viewed, session duration, referral source, and feature clicks collected through anonymized telemetry to optimize performance.

We process your data strictly under valid lawful bases, including contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, and explicit consent:

• Project Delivery & Engineering: Developing bespoke codebases, configuring staging servers, conducting QA stress tests, and setting up automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication & Status Reporting: Sending sprint updates, milestone sign-off requests, architecture reviews, and urgent security patches.
• API Gateway Provisioning: Facilitating verified Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials, SMS route setups, and payment gateway webhooks.
• Legal & Tax Obligations: Maintaining statutory accounting books, GST invoice records, and fraud-prevention audit trails required under Indian regulatory frameworks.

We treat every client codebase, database design, business logic, and proprietary algorithm as Strictly Confidential.

• 100% Client Code Ownership: Upon full milestone settlement, all custom intellectual property, database schemas, and codebase repositories belong exclusively to the client.
• Isolated Development Environments: Client data is maintained on segregated test databases. We never test using live client user credentials without encrypted sandbox isolation.
• No Third-Party Reselling: We never replicate, resell, or license your proprietary business logic to your competitors or third parties.

To deliver high-availability software and secure enterprise workflows, KKWEBMART works with industry-leading infrastructure partners:

• Payment Processing Gateways: Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, and Juspay. All financial transactions are processed on PCI-DSS certified gateway servers. We never store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
• Cloud & Hosting Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Hostinger, and Cloudflare for CDN routing and DDoS mitigation.
• Messaging & Communication: Meta / WhatsApp Business Cloud API, official telecom SMS routes, and transactional email providers (SendGrid / AWS SES).

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy protocols. We mandate that our infrastructure partners meet strict SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR data handling requirements.

We deploy robust multi-layered defenses to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:

• Cryptographic Standards: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all client web interactions; encrypted database storage with automated rolling backups.
• Access Control: Zero-trust, role-based access control (RBAC). Only engineers assigned to your specific project sprint can access staging credentials.
• Data Retention Lifecycle: Project logs and backups are retained during the active contract and warranty period. Upon contract close and written request, test instances and sandbox access keys are securely expunged.

We use limited, privacy-friendly cookies and local storage tokens on kkwebmart.com:

• Strictly Necessary: Storing session states, security tokens, and responsive UI preferences.
• Performance & Analytics: Anonymized metrics to assess page load speeds and identify navigation bottlenecks without collecting personal identifiers.

You can adjust your browser settings to reject or delete cookies at any time without impacting your core browsing experience on our website.

In accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, the EU GDPR, and global data privacy standards, you maintain the following rights:
